International Participative Finance Forum Casablanca 2015 (IPFFC 2015) was organized by Cabinet AISSE and AMANIE Malaysian Group, with the support of Malaysia International Islamic Finance Center and Association of Islamic Banking Institutions Malaysia, under the theme:

"Participative Finance: New Opportunity and Added Value for Morocco"

IPFFC 2015 was held on 19 and 20 October 2015 at Sheraton Hotel in Casablanca, IPFFC 2015 has been successful with an audience of more than 400 businessmen and women from different sectors (Moroccan and international financial institutions, companies and administrations) and horizons (Morocco, Malaysia, United States of America, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Mauritius ...), all having a great interest in participative finance.

Inauguration of IPFFC 2015 was marked by the presence of His Royal Highness Sultan Nazrin Miuzzuddin Shah, Sultan of the State of Perak Darul Ridzuan and Moroccan Ministers, namely, Mr. Lahcen DAOUDI, Minister for Higher Education, Scientific Research and Executive Training and Mr Mohamed Najib BOULIF, Minister delegated to the Minister of Equipment and Transport, in charge of transport.                             

His Royal Highness Sultan Nazrin Miuzzuddin Shah expressed his interest in Morocco and has made the audience benefit from his great experience as the Royal Patron of the Malasya's Islamic Finance Initiative.

During the two days of the Forum, IPFFC 2015 was a real platform for exchange and B to B meetings in participative finance’s world. High-level conferences were given by renowned speakers dealing with the different themes, such as, participative finance and key success factors in Africa, the Participative Finance Roadmap in Morocco, and the compliance framework for Sharia, norms and practices, corporate and sovereign Sukuks in Morocco, management of Islamic assets, local and international perspectives, Islamic insurance / Takaful, provisions and development of the concept and finally participative finance in Morocco: a catalyst of change.

IPFFC 2015 was an opportunity for local professionals of participative finance to benchmark and identify "best practices" of Malaysian and international precursors.

International Participative Finance Forum was crowned by a partnership between Cabinet AISSE and the Malaysian group AMANIE, which gave birth to the new structure AISSE AMANIE, specialized in consulting and training in the field of participative finance and offers advisory services adapted to all needs of Moroccan financial institutions, including:

- Design and assistance in the implementation of participative finance products in accordance with legislation and Sharia including; different ways of financing (Modaraba, Moucharaka ...), Sukuks, investment funds, and liquidity instruments;

- Marketing advice for participating banks;

- Legal advice and Sharia;

- Advice on project financing;

- Participatory Insurance Consulting / Takaful

- Training and workshops in participative finance.

The new structure AISSE AMANIE has a multidisciplinary team made up of international experts specialized in participative finance’s field.
